Mortgage industry professional with more than 3 years of experience, managing the full loan journey from client onboarding and credit assessment through to approval, settlement, and long-term retention.

Handled 1,200+ home loan applications, with a proven record of applications being approved and successfully settled to date.

Extensive experience across all major loan types, including Purchase, Refinance, Equity Extraction, Construction, Bridging, Off-the-Plan, Top-Up, and SMSF loans.

Strong credit, compliance, and leadership background, having managed and trained a team of 10 for a mortgage broking company, with every reviewed file achieving 100% compliance under Loan Market Group (LMG) in Australia.

Highly skilled in CRM and application processes, using MyCRM, AOL, and Simpology for SMSF applications.
